Q: My machine jerks when shifting speeds. Is your A6VM control smooth?
A:
Jerking is usually caused by a mismatch in the "Beginning of Control" pressure. Our A6VM motors are calibrated to follow the exact start-of-control curves of the original unit, ensuring a seamless transition between high-torque work and high-speed travel.

Q: Does the A6VM require a specific mounting orientation?
A:
It can be mounted in any position. However, for the Bent-Axis design, it is critical that the motor case is filled with oil before startup. We recommend the "shaft horizontal" position with the drain port at the top for the best air venting.
Q: Which control types do you offer for the A6VM series?

A: We provide all standard controls: HD (Hydraulic Control), EP (Electric Proportional), and HA (Automatic High Pressure). All are calibrated to match the original displacement-to-pressure curves.

Q: Can this motor operate at zero displacement?

A: The A6VM is designed with a minimum displacement ($V_{g min}$) limit. We set this according to your specific machine requirements to prevent overspeeding and ensure lubrication.
